Student Enrollment Application
Apply by filling out the form below. An application must be complete with a $100 deposit to be considered. This deposit is applied towards your tuition.
Student applications must be received prior to May 1, 2023.

Ohana School of Massage is licensed as a private career school with the Minnesota Office of Higher Education pursuant to the Minnesota Statues, sections 136A.821 to 136A.832.
